|Recommended: YesIt's Alright — Not the worst place I have lived, but the fridge was broken twice within the first month and they barely tried to fix it which was not great.
|Recommended: YesCute, old apartment — The apartment can be made to be nice by getting your own a c unit and decorating the wood floors with rugs however the bathroom is very out of date and most of the wood trim has damage and peeling paint. The doors to the patio are not very secure which means an occasional buggy friend comes in. However having the patio is very nice and the windows let in a lot of light. Maintenance has been sub-par.
|Recommended: YesOverall, pleasant area to live in — Closed in patio is perfect for anyone with cats and dogs. At times, it was stressful due to ant infestations and loud neighbors. The sinks, bathtub, and toilet were prone to staining -water seemed pretty hard. Other than those specific downsides, it was a neat place to stay for the past 2 years.

|Recommended: YesBest bang for your buck in the area — I would tell them that I really enjoy it. The sunporch is wonderful for warmer weather, the exterior is properly maintained, the tenants are friendly. We have had to submit maintenance requests are they are done almost immediately. The office staff is wonderful to work with. The layout of the apartment is great and spacious. They allow pets, which is difficult to find, but a huge bonus since we're an apartment full of Veterinary students.
|Recommended: YesPerfect — I love our apartment. It truly feels like a home. The location, up-keep, and quality of the property are all superb. I would highly recommend living at the Hayes House.
|Recommended: YesCute, tucked off the main road. — The apartment is a good size for a two bedroom apartment, and there's tons of storage. Having the porch is great, definitely one of my favorite parts about the apartment. It's nice to be off the main road, it's much quieter.
